Pros
Anything positive is too overshadowed by favoritism and blatantly reverse discrimination.
Cons
An extremely reversely discriminatory environment, at least in my office. It’s very sad to have to post a comment like that! Great place to work if you are a minority. Management will bend over backwards to accommodate you...that was quite obvious during the height of the Pandemic.
