      Pros

      Most people are nice but no one can read their mind. you might turn around and the your person next to you might stab you in the back.

      Cons

      With highly preferential treatment, many ego-minded people believe they know everything about the subject. but they couldn't pass a single device. No job security and the CEO would only make decisions based on old employees who were born to use C++ language. They would ask you to speak up but if you do then you will be fired. so the company does not know what its agenda is. Also no matter how hard you work there is no appreciation..

      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities to get various experiences related to your interests and try new things in your given field. You really feel like your opinion is valued.

      Cons

      The onboarding was a little bit rough, with you really just being tossed in there. You have to learn a lot as you go, which can be frustrating at times.

      Great place to work. Opportunities for exposure to Hardware, software & Algorithm scope of work. Fast paced env. with challenges contributing towards constant learning. Diverse culture.

      Not really a con but its a fast paced env. with very good learning curve.
