Pros

Pay is not bad if you are dual licensed. Otherwise, nothing about this company is worth writing pros about at all.

Cons

Severely understaffed, never get out on time, dispatch and supervisors don't care about patients only their money, told to do totally irate tasks like putting a obese patient on a small stretcher and having no lift assists and refusing to send the bariatric stretcher and to just leave the rails down, gives away your shifts to other people, hours go missing in your time cards, all ambulances and chair cars are falling completely apart yet you're expected to drive around with brake lights and check engine lights on, out of date equipment, bonus program is a joke and unachievable. Don't ever expect to get workers comp from this place when you injure yourself, they take away your shifts and don't pay you. Never had an interview, just a call telling me come fill out paperwork. Dispatch sends us late on almost every call so our facilities are upset and infuriated at the crews for being late, then dispatch calls and states "the truck broke down" when in fact we were coming from over an hour away. Constantly going and going from the second you punch in, no time to eat or use the bathroom or have a second to rest. No pay raises, no earned time, no dignity and no respect for employees.
