Pros
You are able to get into a King air and experience IFR flight.
Cons
1) what is said and what is done are extremely different. While being g recruited I was told that a position in my home state was available and that would be my location. They had me sign to work in kansas, a 7 hour commute. At "training" there were many promises to move me to my home state, all empty.
Different states have different compensation, having been promised work in one state and working in Kansas which pays $9 and no overtime. Bills could not be paid. Which leads to
2) compensation, unless you wish to sleep in the off duty accommodations you can not afford anything. They will say you can earn $50 every time you drive an ambulance as a pilot. Another promise never fulfilled.
3) there were many day were you met the 14 hour duty time only to continue to fly part 91. These instances were allowed to continue until day shift was working night shift.
4) drama, not a day went by without complaints. Captains complaining about captains and back stabbing each other. The who is sleeping with who gossip was non-stop.
