Salary was ok, and company started out with good intentions

Middle and Senior Management are inexperienced, unqualified and create a clique environment actively enforcing a culture of favoritism. This was especially true of the engineering functions which are currently headed by former members of R&D who were unable to progress in that area (likely due to incompetence).
