Pros
The job itself and people supported are what kept me around as long as I stayed. The clients are awesome and make coming to work fun and fulfilling.
Cons
Very poorly managed. As far as direct supervisors to support staff go they are for the most part pretty absent and uninvolved and their managers are largely uninvolved with support staff as well as people supported. There are some good ones who truly care but in my experience the upper managers are very hands off and poor at communicating and showing appreciation.
