I have been consistently disappointed by the leadership. Unfortunately, the management style here lacks clear communication, transparency, and support, which has led to frustration among many team members.
One of the biggest challenges is that leadership does not prioritize employee development or provide opportunities for growth. Training and mentorship are limited, and feedback on performance is infrequent or inconsistent, leaving employees uncertain about their future with the company. Additionally, decisions are often made without consulting those who will be most affected, leading to a lack of buy-in and lower morale among the staff.
