      I honestly can't think of anything. No job or career is perfect, but this organization is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

      Pros

      The work is hard but LifeSource really is a great company to work for. Self schedule hours, great 401K match, good PTO. Love my coworkers.

      Cons

      Consistent change. However, change needs to happen to make donation numbers improve. Have to be open minded and flexible.

      Schedule can be a con at times. 3 12 hour shifts per week and 4 weekend shifts per month.
