Pros
I wish I can point out a few pros if you are US employee. I can’t even say anything about the unoriginal logo ( very Moonbase). But if you visit Montreal, you are guaranteed the best poutine fries ever in your lifetime.
Cons
I unexpectedly ended up a part of the great work resignation movement, kinda forced out, simply because LW has no clue what’s has and is happening out side the management bubble. Mealy 1-1.8% salary increase in 2021 after record revenue during the pandemic year of 2020. I warned them 18 months ago to share the wealth. Listen to your people. Give what they deserve. Get rid of the waste . Promote from within . Get rid of waste. Avoid hemorrhaging of your most talented assets. Nope. Deaf ears. All they care is about them self in leadership and displacing anyone with a better idea than their own. Don’t waste your time at LW. They over promise on delivery to clients , understaff projects and sadly underpay for over and beyond individual effort. They rather put an intern on multimillion dollar project than give a senior a chance to put ideas into place.” This place will give you another managers level work load and never pay or promote you, especially if you are NOT Canadian.
