If you are interested in working in cutting edge interdisciplinary field of computer sciences and genomics, while making a direct impact to precision healthcare of patients with cancer or other genetic disorders, Lifecode is a great place to be. The vision is spectacular. The tasks can be tough but it is fun. I met some smartest minds here, and had a great time working with them. Besides all the cool event series of pingpong tournament, rafting, and sightseeings, the management maintains an inspiring and open mindset that encourages conversations -- you pretty much can grab anyone to engage a talk, including the CEO. As an example, the management and some colleagues supported my personal development and actually coached my career transition into a direction I desired.
