Most of the people are nice. There is room to wear many hats and learn various aspects of the business if you are interested. New CEO has made some good moves and will likely continue to do so.
Cons
Pay is low for the industry and the bonus program rarely hits. No ability to get promoted for the time being. The company is stagnant and will be without more changes are the management level. Many people within management have been with the company for decades and do not seem inspired to grow the company.
