There are not really any cons of this place.

To work at LifeCycle Digital Marketing is to be immersed in constant growth. We pride our selves for being a strongly united team; hence the LifeCycle Family. There's a heavy emphasis on collaboration, and we constantly learn from each other's differing backgrounds and skill sets. There are instances where company structure and processes need improvement, and that is why this company demands people that are willing to take initiative to improve not only themselves, but your fellow co-workers and LifeCycle as a whole. Having come from corporate hierarchy, not everyone is up for this unique challenge, but if you are looking to help build, learn, and be a part of something bigger than yourself then LifeCycle DM is the place to be.

With considerable growth comes challenges, so that's why I feel very grateful to be surrounded by people who focus on coming up with solutions rather than problems.
