Pros
Nice colleagues, decent pay, less micromanaging managers. Standard peak periods, make it easier to plan holidays with family especially when we have children.
Cons
As a growing company, they went through multiple internal re-org. Some of the roles don't make much sense. Difficult to transition to another role outside of this company as the job roles do not give opportunities for depth since we have many tasks to cover. Some colleagues
