      Great mentorship and leadership. Especially in warehouse setting. Various opportunities to improve your skills in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

      Cons

      Disorganized company structure at times. Unclear work instructions or breadth of responsibilities is vague / ambiguous . Leads to wearing many hats at one time. Strong time management skills required to adapt to the workflow.

      The building- that is it.

      I think all the recent reviews speak for themselves. By a wide margin, this is the worst place I have ever worked. It wasn’t always toxic, but ever since the owner passed away and his wife took over, the decline has been staggering. Shaffiq, the CEO, is bad news. He’s running the company straight into the ground. He has no idea what he’s doing, hires people who are wildly underqualified, and then wonders why nothing gets done right. Dysfunction starts at the top and infects everything below it. The culture is fueled by fear and instability. People are constantly anxious about losing their jobs. And HR? Completely useless. They’re just there to collect a paycheck and look the other way. Avoid this place at all costs.
