Flexibility, Not being Micro Managed, Working from home a big big +, Great group of people who help, inspire and collaborate really well. These are just a few I can mention, I would not want to work elsewhere currently, and I can see myself retiring in the employment of Intequal I feel that comfortable, don't get me wrong there are the rough times and there are the smooth, like anywhere but it's how you navigate those corridors and Intequal do it well :-)
