The group are big on career progression and provide great opportunities to develop skills and take your career into new avenues. Flexible working that suits home life. Warm and friendly, yet still very professional. Great benefits deals and policies to support employees, such as competitive maternity policy/ swapping religious holiday days off if you do not follow that religion etc.

I can't think of any. It is a great company to work for. I've felt supported, valued and seen my career progress quickly.
