Pros

The only thing that made working there bearable were co-workers

Cons

Poor management - poor pay - poor raise ( i received a 2 cent raise after working for 3 years!!) & I was one of the best employees! this place is so scattered brain that the bigger they get.... the harder they are going to fall!! they keep buying or TRYING to buyout other photo businesses because they are afraid of the competitions!!...... one day they will be no more.... it's all about CORPORATE GREED They may say it's an "employee company' BUT in reality it ISN'T! I'm VERY GLAD I'm NOT there anymore!! NOT worth the stress they put on you for quota and sales. If you dont meet their demands...guess what?? you get your ASS chewed!!

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
