Pros

Getting close with guest and watching all the children grow. Other than my guest I have nothing else good to say!

Cons

The company never follows through on promises. Raises are a joke. $.10 in 5 years only after an $.80 pay cut the year before. Poor management, studio and district. Lies around every corner, so many they can't even remember them or keep them straight. No growth!!! Was told time and time again I was getting upper management never happened. Even after being willing to relocate. Biggest Con THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR STAFF MEMBERS! Had a problem with a horrid manager . DM did nothing, confidential hotline did nothing, and HR did nothing!

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
