Pros

Learning more about photography and the equipment, getting to be somewhat creative, Friendly staff, meeting new people and being part of taking their family memories.

Cons

1)Very low pay for everything your expected to do 2)The "on call" system is a joke at best. You have no idea what you work from day to day but wait for a phone call after the studio closes to find out if you work the next day and what time,(makes having a life or planing things with your family imposable especially during the holidays) 3) Very little to no training

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
