Pros

getting to see some cute pictures

Cons

While I was trained in photography and sales, I was always assigned to sales. Almost all of your hours are on-call, and you don't get very many at that. One week I might get 8 or 10, another week I got none. It also seemed very disorganized, and the computers could be difficult to work with. Also working one-on-one with customers is not always that pleasant. And instead of hiring back former seasonal employees, the help wanted ads go up.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
