      Pros

      Learn the field of family photography and sales. Work with creative fun people. Enjoyed meeting all of the customers and walking them through the process of sitting for the images and then selling the images.

      Cons

      I was with the Church Directory division. As a nature of the business we needed to work on the weekends. I found this to be a con for my work family balance.

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
