Pros

It'snot working at McDonalds, and the wage is slightly higher than minimum wage. Their ESOP plan does grow and add a nice chunk of change to the benefits side. Health Insurance is offered.

Cons

Very stressful position, even if you are experienced with the company. No sense of company focus on leadership other than managing the numbers. No room for growth unless you want to go to Minnesota where corporate is. No raises, performance reviews, bonuses, or additional compensation. The high volume photography market is dying off with almost everyone having cameras in their smartphone now. Employees are treated as expendable tools. The territories focus almost solely only numbers and matrix that measure them.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
