Pros

Working around kids was a plus for me, off on weekends and holidays.

Cons

If you ask for your meal times or break periods just know it will be like pulling teeth, if you manage to get a break just know your hours will be cut (I found out they have been sued for this). Even corporate is unprofessional, that's why there is constant turnover. Company also hasn't managed to make it's numbers so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone wanting to grow with a company. Very unorganized communication with schools and everyone will blame you. If something happens to you or your vehicle while in the field, don't expect them to be sympathetic or helpful. Too many cons, don't waste your time. No job is worth you not being able to have 30 minutes to yourself in a ten hour (plus) span.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
