      You set your own hours and get a longer Xmas break.

      Cons

      It’s a sinking ship and everyone who still works there knows it. It’s not fun, it’s not rewarding and everyone is always in a bad mood. Unless you are on a company Zoom, then it’s portrayed as “we are evolving”
