Pros
Decent working environment in a Christian organization. Many talented people here, and quite dedicated to their work. Very good benefits package.
Cons
Many senior folks come from a seminary and/or church background, with little "business" experience. Often they cannot decide between 'ministry' (intentionally not making a profit) and business. Lack of coordination between business units and no cohesive strategy for the entire organization
