Pros
Working within the HR function at Lifeways Group has been a genuinely rewarding experience. I’m proud to see so many colleagues progressing within the organisation, and I’ve been fortunate to grow my own career here as well. The support for development and internal progression is truly evident. The ability to work from home has been a fantastic benefit, giving me the balance I need as a working mum. It allows me to maintain a fulfilling career while still being present for my family.
Cons
As with any fast-paced organisation, workloads can be high at times, but the supportive culture makes a big difference. I have a fantastic team of colleagues and a very supportive line manager.
