Pros
Well the do pay for tea and coffee,and we get to work with people from all nationalities, and the management are always free to smoke with each other
Cons
Training, poor, treating staff with over 10-30 years experience Very badly cutting there money annual leave and pension , the service users are treated like cash cows not people, new staff don't have a clue what to do, and are only there for the money, and the commication is below poor
