This company cares about its employees as cliche as it may sound. They treat their employees like adults who have value and not like mindless drones or "cogs in the wheel".

Honestly the only (constructive) criticism I have would be the lack of snacks in the kitchen. Haha

- management will tell you one thing and then turn around and say something else to other management - change company trajectory at a moments notice and blame you for not keeping up when no clear directions were given

- would not recommend working this job for this particular company
