      We work very positive, the work atmosphere is very good, the people around are talented, huge open-air balcony.

      Cons

      Company executives do not really understand their own areas, the poor aesthetic, poor wages, the company in the poor environment of the outlying villages in Beijing, too far away from the urban areas.

      Pros

      The place really works well for entry levels and you are going to work with many vets that respects you and each other; There's weekly company-wide meetings with lots of activities. Different departments work well with others with clear goals and motivation.

      Cons

      A little bit far from the city but still accceptable; crunch varies depends on the department, some can get crazy
