      Pros

      has the best pipeline of animation feature film in China. The lighting team is least busy, because they have a pre-lighting department: set, the people of set will do all the work to make sure that there is no any error in Katana and can be rendered

      Cons

      final layout team is heavily burdened with constantly modification, they even need to optimize the scene in Maya for lighting artist, so sad. I just personally dislike the design style in LCA.

      Pros

      The place really works well for entry levels and you are going to work with many vets that respects you and each other; There's weekly company-wide meetings with lots of activities. Different departments work well with others with clear goals and motivation.

      Cons

      A little bit far from the city but still accceptable; crunch varies depends on the department, some can get crazy
