Hurry up and wait environment. Claims to be "Fast Paced" but that just means that all the projects need to get done ASAP but the urgency is largely overstated. Management is making decisions to please the "shareholders" as opposed to increasing incentives and benefits for employees. During crunch time (which is approximately every other month) you can expect to work more than 40 hours a week with no overtime compensation.
