      Pros

      Decent work environment, friendly coworkers, department managers are good people

      Cons

      Low wages, Top 3 upper management are clueless and ran company in to the ground, 2% yearly increase is not uncommon if you are lucky while upper management makes $300K+ yearly. CEO Jim Gaynor was forced in to retirement for obvious reasons.

      Great company to work with, solid exact communication on what is needed in assigned work, precise timely delivery of products and continual communication with staff.

      none I can think of.
