This site was very poorly run. The owner and the boss had an inappropriate relationship and it affected her behavior and the workplace. They severely underpaid their staff and I had several new coworkers throughout only a few weeks so the turnover rate was high. They also hired ANYBODY so half the staff didn't know the first thing about children. A lot of the teachers themselves couldn't spell basic words. They also asked you to stay late every single day and would scold you for not.
