      -Flat Organizational structure -Lets you take on Independent Projects which helps a lot in knowledge enhancement and career Growth -Good Performance Appraisal Mechanism -Great Client Base, hence you get exposure to multiple Industry Segments -Good Admin support Base

      Cons

      Since its Consulting Profession, Projects timelines are quite strict and you may need to stretch a bit to achieve targets within deadline.But this can be mitigated by managing your projects and client expectations effectively.

      Pros

      Professional environment in true sense. Office timing is very good to manage work and home. Weekly Friday Happy Hours and other activities make it an enjoyable job. Not like most other companies who track your every minute. Everyone including HR team is very supportive. Overall, i am very happy to be a part of lightenweb..!

      No cons i could see, but It's up to you to use the freedom given to you for the betterment of yourself and organization.

      I have learned so many technical things from here I got to worked on so many different platform For fresher its a good company to join and learn

      Salary is less but knowledge is more, so no problem
