I joined Lighter in 2020 as its CEO and was amazed by the positive attitude of the team members, many of whom have been with the company for several years. The company's mission of providing entrepreneurs with non dilutive growth funding at exactly the right time resonates strongly with our team. We all genuinely care about our customers and recognize that its an enormous privilege to work with visionary founders.
Cons
Our strongest performing customers leave us when they grow out of the need for early debt capital. We are thrilled for them when this happens but it's tough to say goodbye. It's not a company/product where we have a customer for life.
