The flexibility of working remotely is a HUGE perk! The people are fabulous, and the company has great leadership that are taking the company in a good direction. We also have twice yearly company wide offsites which are so fun and a fabulous way to connect in person and build even deeper relationships. Fantastic mix to work fully remote and yet still be able to connect in person with your coworkers! Would highly recommend.

Employees at Lighter are spread around the globe which can make for scheduling difficulties/challenges sometimes. For some people this includes days where you'll need to work some non-traditional working hours in order to get meeting times that work for everyone involved. Minor downside compared to the upsides!
