The lead management of the company have no management experience and lack direction in regards to setting expectations, interpersonal relationships and recognition based off of the performance of their staff. Many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exists from the internal senior managers. It is an atmosphere of gossip and decisions made based on rumors.
