They have no curriculum for students, teacher is in charge of basically researching info and writing scripted lesson plans that are due every week - this process takes all of your time and weekends Summer vaca is nonexistent - mandatory summer PD training for new school year - all teachers is for a mth - so really only 4 weeks of summer vaca for overworked teachers. Work employees to the bone. Retaliated for taking time off for being sick or if there is a death in the family. Do not support Arts Infusion mission as stated in the mission for the school. Provide teachers with no money to help with supplies for classroom Lowest salaries for charters Benefits are not good Double standards - Principals show favoritism towards teachers. Just all around horrible environment
