Pros
Phenomenal teachers. The students are well above the average private schools in the area. K-4 and K-5 students are reading by the end of the school year! That's all because of the hard working Kindergarten teacher!!!!! Most every teacher will go out of their way to help. They stay after school, help with tutoring, & homework help.
Cons
BUT THEN they leave for Junior & High School.. And it AlLL goes down from there. Don't get me wrong, their ARE wonderful, competent teachers at LBA. However, all it takes is 1 or 2 who dislike being stuck in a room of middle schoolers for hours on end. I'm not sure how many of you remember being in school. But here's a rule. If you LOVE what you teach, and the student can feel you PASSION for it..... It's contagious! And in turn, the student will like the class. If a student likes a class, he'll pay more attention.:-)
