      Pros

      The Camaraderie! The services that Lighthouse provides in the eDiscovery industry is amazing and just as amazing are the people! I'm so impressed with the company's pure drive to be the best at what they do and at the same time employees are highly valued team members. I'm a new employee and love it here!

      Not any cons really. The company is growing in leading ways and with growth comes change. Change is good and flexibility is often found in the right potential candidate.

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
