Total comp & ben package that is market comparable; Genuine work-life balance - able to succeed and be recognized while working a 40hr work week; helpful benefit 'extras' - like I was able to get a telemedicine visit scheduled while traveling for my kid's infected cut. Easy peasy - real time saver. Opportunities to work fulltime remote. Overall incredibly supportive of remote work.
Cons
If maximum $ payout is your goal, there are larger tech companies that pay more - I'd argue I had to sell my soul for it - but if that's your goal, go to the larger tech co. Growing fast = a high degree of cross-team ambiguity. If you like to lead and build, this is a great place; If you are more comfortable with well defined roadmaps, this may feel challenging for you.
