Pros
People start out eager and excited and there are times it seems the company is on an upward progression. There's a pretty deep history with Lighthouse and it's nice to see it still standing (sometimes).
Cons
Management is terrible. Everything is about favoritism which is so juvenile. The work/life balance is terrible, benefits are sub-par, communication is completely opaque and it's a revolving door of new people replacing those who are there one minute and mysteriously gone the next.
