Cons
Directors and managers are not expected to understand the day-to-day processes and workflows. Promotions for each job level are limited to a certain number each year, not necessarily merit based. Understaffing is on purpose and part of their business model. 7-day work weeeks are expected at least 3 months out of the year, some positions work 7 days a week, every week. Bonuses vary from year-to-year or are infrequent. Raises are below inflation for non-promotion years. Over time, you make less and less money compared to industry standards. Expectation of hours and availabilty can change suddenly. Was not family friendly during Covid.
