Pros
Lighthouse has an amazing culture that they promote whole-heartedly from the executive leadership on down. I feel supported on a daily basis and truly love working for such an amazing company that believes in work/life balance and professional development.
Cons
I feel like if you look hard enough, you can find cons for every company. However, I honestly can't think of any worth calling out here.
