Pros

Experienced Individual Contributors Some good benefits

Cons

Culture is terrible in client facing departments; Turnover is extremely high with many long term employees leaving; They change health insurance carriers yearly for cost saving for the company, not the workers; Constant poorly communicated and executed change; Leadership that lacks experience and empathy; Bait and switch around new roles or opportunities; Lack of equity in pay and treatment for women specifically [so many strong women leaders have been pushed out]; Lack of clear promotion track [many get promoted by failing up or threatening to leave]; Inconsistent manager experience for contributors; Lack of meaningful training to increase knowledge base; Level of support structure for night and weekends is decreasing; Work life balance is practically nonexistent unless you think working 50hrs a week on a slow week is acceptable; Poor leadership that refuses to ask for feedback or ideas from extremely seasoned workers; No autonomy or ability to work at your own pace; and No opportunity to learn career building skills. The client is king - if they want you working around the clock you have to work around the clock. Period. If clients want to curse you out, call you names, be abusive, no one will stand up for you. If sales men want to be condescending or throw you under the bus, no one will stand up for you. The overall message is if you aren’t a yes person or in the right clique, either get on the bus or get ran over. They simply do not care.
