      Fairly capable and intelligent coworkers, forward thinking company, great CEO, lots of free snacks/drinks, nice work space, central-ish downtown location.

      Cons

      Long hours, low compensation, poor communication and knowledge sharing, terrible documentation/process management system, shabby benefits package, stressful industry, oftentimes icky clients.

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
