Pros
My favorite thing about Lighthouse is the people that I work with. I have never been a part of such an incredibly reliable team and I feel like I learn something new every day. Definitely a company with high expectations but I've never felt alone on the path to meeting them. I've personally experienced significant opportunities for career growth and have enjoyed learning from the strong leadership team.
Cons
The workload is high. That said, I'd rather be busy than not! And I feel fortunate to have teammates who have my back when I need help.
