- Highly flexible remote first workplace, work from anywhere within reason - Colleagues are highly engaged and really care about the business success - Business culture supports diversity and inclusion more than most organizations - Lots of room for internal movement and growth
Cons
- High stakes legal tech services industry, pressure can be intense at times but relative to other companies in the industry, Lighthouse does do a much better job of supporting work life balance - Lighthouse tends to juggle too many priorities and has a hard time saying no to requests and initiatives that don't provide best financial ROI
