There are literally no perks and this company is not as great as they think they are. Some leaders were downright arrogant and should be relieved of their posts. Treated poorly when you're not part of the in-crowd. Under-resourced in many areas. Workload was unmanageable and a it was a struggle to accomplish anything. Whiplash was common. Annual pay increases were minimal at best. Bonus plan and payouts lacked transparency. Cost of benefits was too high for spouse and family coverage. Career growth was not clear and promotions felt arbitrary. Layoffs were secretive and severance plans were not adequate.
