Pros
After the initial interview process, I quickly realized that Lighthouse eDiscovery was the kind of place that I would be able to develop and grow my career as a young professional. After my onboarding and training, which gave me visibility into every department within the company, I mentioned some ideas that would allow my department to expand its capabilities. Not only was I empowered to pursue my ideas by my manager and my manager’s manager, but I was also supported by the extended leadership team. In addition, the people I get to work with are driven, innovative and most importantly, fun. Lighthouse has far surpassed my expectations and continues to provide me with the support and tools I need to learn and grow in the ediscovery space.
Cons
Although I do not see it as a con, you do have to be willing to speak up, work hard and take ownership. For those who like to challenge themselves, enjoy innovating and want to grow in their career, I believe this is the perfect company for you to do so.
